Dear Kellogg Elementary School Families,
Happy New Year! I hope you and your loved ones had a wonderful winter break filled with
rest, joy, and time together. As we begin 2025, I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the new
principal of Kellogg Elementary School and to share my excitement about joining this
amazing community.
My name is Dr. Elizabeth "Liz" Carzoli, and I bring with me over 20 years of experience in
education as a teacher, instructional leader, and administrator. Throughout my career, I've
been passionate about creating supportive and enriching environments where students
can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am honored to have the opportunity to
work alongside you and our dedicated staff to ensure every child at Kellogg Elementary
reaches their fullest potential.
I understand that midyear transitions can bring curiosity and questions, and I want to
assure you that my focus for the remainder of the school year is to listen, learn, and lead
with care. My goal to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff as we
work together to finish the school year successfully. I am committed to facilitate a positive
and productive school environment as we continue to move forward.
I look forward to meeting each of you in the coming weeks and building strong
relationships that will help us move forward together. Thank you for your dedication to our
students and for making this school a warm and welcoming environment where they can
thrive.
Please know that your partnership is invaluable to our school's success. I encourage you
to reach out, share your thoughts, and connect with me. My door is always open, and I
look forward to getting to know you and your children in the weeks and months ahead.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children's education. I am excited to build upon the
traditions and successes that make Kellogg Elementary such a special place. Here's to a
fantastic second half of the school year (3rd quarter)!
Warm Wishes
Dr. Liz Carzoli
